Chart Trader icons moving

Hi, I've noticed that the Chart Trader icons on the right are moving ie the order placement icon "STP" used to be in the top left of the "Place Order" area, then moved to the second from the left, now it is the third from the left. So it goes from left to right, "B/F Sell", "B/F Buy", "STP" and then...

Re: MultiCharts 7.1 Beta

There are still some issues with the Chart Trading side of things.
1. The Breakeven stop moves by itself. I have a video of this in action but it's 35M in size :(

2. Sometimes the Master Strategy things do a wobbly. Ie the TS, BE etc disappear.

OK, here is your Horizontal arrows and plenty of others to play with. First you need to create a function in the Power Language editor. Select File\New\Function and call it "PrintText". Obviously leave the quotes out. Now copy and paste the below code into the editor. Press F3 to compile and you sho...

Hi, You may also want to download some code that I have posted on the BigMikeTrading website. http://www.bigmiketrading.com/download/multicharts/968-download.html?view Basically, it allows you to easily write text on a chart. In this instance, it writes the day of the week ie "Wednesday" vertically ...

Another thought - "I just tried this code(above) and it works OK in playback mode, I haven't tried it in RT though.." As an example, the chart you are referring to is a 5min chart. In playback mode, are you selecting the playback increment size as being 5min bars? If so in playback mode, your code i...

Re: Print function excuting when it shouldnt

A few thoughts - 1. Your actual order statement is "buy next bar at market;" Emphasis on the " NEXT BAR " Ie Buy at Market on the next 5min bar. 2. Your code is working on the current bar , where MarketPosition=0, cond1 & cond2 are true, fine. Remember that this code is being executed on the current...
