MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

I signed up with DecisionBars and when I try to add the study, nothing happens.

I click Insert / Study / Add On / DecisionBar, and nothing happens.

Am I doing something wrong?

The first time you use Decisionbar a window opens up requiring you to enter your username and password.

Sometimes that window can open up behind a chart or in a seperate window you have to click on the task bar.

If you haven't yet entered your username and password, try it again and look for the window.

The DecisionBar support personnel have helped me to fix the problem, and it is now working fine, (except that the mcfx data feed is totally down now.)
