The Real-Time Market Scanner (also known as "screener" or "quote window") is a high-powered Excel-like quote sheet. The Market Scanner tabular window accommodates thousands of symbols in its rows and numerous indicators in its columns. The Scanner is indispensable for monitoring, screening, searching, and organizing thousands of symbols according to defined criteria.

You want to screen the market and find all the instruments that have been oversold recently.
