Place the alert pop-up above the time

Description

Currently, when an alert is triggered, the popup is placed over the time and backlog status. I'd rather also be able to see these two components, since they can be related to the info in the popup message.

See attached screenshot with the current situation and how the alert pop-up can be better placed.
