It's still happening

Here is the log files at the time of the screenshot.

I opened multicharts, and the CPU was running around 10%, like normal. I right clicked on the trading bar and selected "Connect to MB Trading" and that caused TradingServer.exe and multicharts.exe to use a lot of CPU. I let it run for about 10 minutes, then took this screenshot. If I wait longer, 20...

I have a single-core machine and sometimes TradingServer.exe goes crazy and takes all available CPU. I have MB Trading and about 12 charts open.

One thing I tried was "Disconnect MB Trading" on the trade bar, but it didn't help.

I think I want to do this.

How often does Multicharts detect if the file has changed .... in real time, at some time interval, or just when you open the workspace?
