I am having the same problem with no solution from MC nor OEC,
I have downloaded latest available MC and OEC.
Promises to get an answer and call me back not yet happened.
Hope you can get an answer, from other post we are not the only ones having trouble.

Do you have the correct Daily limit, Min. Movement, and Big Point Value for this symbol.
