How to Remove Plot Marker [SOLVED]
Hi all, I'm looking for help on removing plot markers from my study. The markers are useful when the lines are plotting. However, when specified conditions are met, the NoPlot command only stops the line plots but does not remove their price markers. How do I remove the markers as well when conditio...

Re: Reloading Data Causes Gaps [SOLVED]
Hi TJ, Thanks for the quick response. The problem seem to have been resolved for now after I unchecked the following under Data Sources/IB Data Feed Configuration/Real-time Data: - Use server timestamp - Generate a new tick if total volume changes I will continue to see if the problem recurs. If it ...

Reloading Data Causes Gaps [SOLVED]
Hi, I am using the latest version of TWS and MC on WinXP. Whenever I reload data during a realtime session, gaps start appearing, ie. some earlier bars go missing. If I reload again, even more data goes missing. This did not happen with the previous version of MC. Please advise. Thank you. Regards, ...

Re: Disappearing Fibonacci Retracement Lines
Hi Andrew,
Yes, that's right. The Fibonanacci lines that were drawn more than 4 working days ago disappear. Only those drawn within the last 4 days remain. However, these lines will also disappear once the date they were drawn on falls out of the data range.

Disappearing Fibonacci Retracement Lines
Greetings, I use a continuous chart to carry forward all my drawings perpetually. However, I set my data range to 4 days in order to minimise memory usage. I realised recently that my Fibonacci lines disappear 4 days after they were drawn. Under <Format Drawings>, the lines are still there, however,...

Re: Empty Bars
Greetings,
Is it possible to display the last traded price for empty bars, instead of showing them as empty?
Best regards,
See KL

Re: Empty Bars
Hi Josh, I run a 5 second bar chart. In order to calculate the midpoint of a particular 1 minute period, I have a script that references the last 12 bars (5sec x 12 bars = 1min eg. (Highest(H,12)+Lowest(L,12))/2). However, this script will fail to calculate if any of the 12 bars is empty (ie. no tra...

Empty Bars
Hi All,
How do I get MC to display the last traded price for a bar period that has no trade? My formulas that reference the last couple of bars fail to calculate if one or more of the referenced bar period is empty.
Thanks and best regards,
See KL

Re: MC 7.0 Pre Alpha
This is my last variation on the trade panel's layout. This time it uses DOM's logic. This layout proposition as well as previous layout propositions were aimed for: (i) making the trade panel thinner ( thus providing more space for charts ) (ii) improving the logic (iii) mitigating current trade p...

Re: MC 7.0 Pre Alpha
Hi, I just saw the screen shots and noticed that there were only buttons for Buy/Sell @ Market, Bid, and Ask. How about a button that allows us to Buy/Sell by clicking at discretionary price levels on the chart? Thanks. You can right click and get to options that allow orders at different levels Hi...
