same problem here. I cannot get real-time quotes from instruments in COMEX NYMEX. Error messages are similar: "No security definition has been found...". However, Index futures are fine without any problems.

After testing, the same issue exists in MC .NET.

Any updates on the issue? Is it my setting problem or software issue?

The DOM does not work properly with IB real and demo accounts. Sometimes, ask-bid prices are misplaced, which results STOP orders' being mis-executed. Sometimes, ask-bid prices are just completely missing. Everything has been up-to-date. I just cannot figure out the reason.
