Re: How to use the SETPLOTTYPE? [SOLVED]

Thanks for the reply, but I need to do it programmatically, and the word is there, but does not compile.

Since this was a 2007 question I thought it would be ready by now.

Re: [Request] MC Automatic Shutdown

Not sure if MultiCharts has this feature, but in general I use Autoit to do these kind of stuff, it is freeware:

Here is a link for the commands you need:

FONT for use in MultiCharts: Arrows - Diamonds - Exit - Stop

I wanted to add Arrows, Diamonds, Exit Sign, etc. to my charts like the ones in Metastock (my previous platform) but could not find them. I ended up making my own font and would like to share it with everybody here. Just use Charmap to see the letters and what they will show in the charts. Some exam...

Got you, I am already using 8.8 RC.

Re: Delete Data of a symbol [SOLVED]

Thanks, I did not know that it would reload fresh data, I thought it would get data from cache plus new just to fill the gaps.

Delete Data of a symbol [SOLVED]

Hi,

Is there a way to force MultiCharts to request a FRESH download of data instead of using the cached one?

Or the only way is to delete the data and clear cache of a symbol from QuoteManager?

Thank you in advance.

Favorites Stock List [SOLVED]

Hi, Is there a way to create a favorite list of stocks and be able to move from one stock to the other only from this list? For example, I have a portfolio of let´s say 10 stocks, each day I need to go through them one by one to see the progress on chart using a specific template. I will make an exa...

Re: Last bar lag time

Thank you for the quick reply. Sure, let us say the market closes at 17:00 normal hours. At the end of the market we have "close auction" which can extend anywhere from five minutes to 10, 15 minutes, etc. The market will then send the tick of the close with its time which is not 17:00, it will be 1...
