Hello, seems to be a problem agian with fxcm data, if you get a chance could you tell us when it is up and going ? Using port 9000 atm and it takes a while to shut the program down to keep checking to see if port8000 is going again. Thank you

Thank You Marina for the update its nice not being complelely in the dark, this may be the wrong place but how difficult is it to get multicharts up and running, I already have e-signal data and charts for backup but I know nothing about computers, is it hard to get the data going into multicharts

MKlein, I would say it probably has a lot to do with it

Seems to be a problem on all ports, if and when they are connected the charts are not updating at all on either port. Said it before I will say it again you need to have somebody there around the clock untill you get some better servers. Who ever you are using may be a good deal for you but it sucks...

Will the beta version have a more reliable connection than what the current version has or is that part the the same> Sorry if that seems like a dumb question, dont know nothing about computers, how you guys do what you do is amazing, just wish the data was more reliable

irishkev, Yea having some problems too, getting different prices on different time charts, almost thought we were going to get thru a week without the gremlins but guess not.

Is there a problem with the uscad data yet, just wondering, dont seem to have no data, thanks
