I think your problem is the holiday date that multichart put in the beta4 you will not have quote display on your chart for all the 5 july I think it's the problem. The 6 july(central time and date) you will have quote that will be display on your chart.

It's the setting in the quotemanager for the symbol. Instead of using Symbol dictonary setting, use instead custom setting and fill the right information in the setting detail. 1/100, 1000, 1, 1000 in right order and it should work correctly to calculate tick size.

sometime or each week transact historical server are down. You are better get a good source of historical data. Particully if you have some system that count on the historical data.

If you look at the tick trades on the transact platform on the last trades icon. I suspect many ticks that are not registered or display on the multichart chart. I use beta 3 version. I think it<s a serious problem that need to be fix the fast as possible.
