I'm using 20 second bars. I'm trying to pull only two days worth of data using the from/to method in order to backtest a strategy over different sets of data.

I format the symbol and then enter from 9/1/2008 to 9/2/2008.

I get data from 10/13/2008 to present.

Something is very wrong.

It works much better pulling the data by dates, rather than by bars. Thanks.

I was unable to pull more than a few 15 minute EUR/USD bars earlier today.

EUR/USD is missing data between 10:09 and 15:03. I've restarted several times. Doesn't help.
