We are aware of the MESA indicators, but we never tested it with MultiCharts.
If you provide ELD and DLLS we will be able to answer your question.

Dear fundjunkie -

It is possible to enable this right now, by creating a dummy exchange with the required settings. When created, symbols will inherit settings from it, then you could switch thew symbols to the real required exchange.

That's real easy to do in easylanguage.

You start with the code of the original indicator and then use the result as the input for the second indicator.

Unfortunately, I've never used easylanguage so I wouldn't know how to do that.

New data in this case will be see only after restarting MC, reloading in this case not re-loads data from the file but reuses the data read from the file on chart creation.
Okay, it would be good if there was a way to get QM to reread the source files instead of having to restart the app.

Fwiw I have not had your problem. Make sure you were not trying to get weeks worth of minute bars, that could explain it.
If i was pulling it from a feed I'd agree. But this is from my local HD and should be faster.

Multicharts doesn't seem to offer much granularity in multi-minute timescales. For example, I like to ultilize 5 minute aswell as 1 minute time interval charts. If MC can do this please explain how.
