Did anyone try the Gain feed? The FXCM feed has been notoriously unreliable so I'm wondering if anyone has had the chance to compare the two yet? I can see that the data is stucked using gain capital. Anyway, this a good news and I know it can't be done overnight.
Anyway I hope you will fix the issues soon. I also hope that the option to chose the feed for a chart is in development and we will soon have it.

On gbp jpy and aud jpy (those are the ones i've cheked) i have different price on 4H charts and daily charts.
Now I have 237.25 on 4H chart and 237.07 on the daily chart.

This weekend we edited the data and now the problem with the bad tick is fixed.

The candle for the daily chart for friday 12/15/2006 is missing.

We tried to load again the data from FXCM but it still had this bad tick. This weekend we are going to filter the received data ourselves.

Try from somebody else, maybe you will have more luck.

Why don't you save the data on the local machine so only the new candles will be downloaded? with the option of refreshing the chart from server, witch will download everything?

FXCM is a bad, bad, bad data feed. As a broker they are bad, everybody's complaining about them.

Friday their data feed had some issues, also last night, fxcm was down for a couple of hours and after that they came with a chart that is way far from reality.

If I use the right side (where the price axe is) to change the scale of the chart nothing is happening with the candlesticks and so I have a strange chart with the values on the price axe different than the actual price.

Sorry for the temporary halting the datafeed - we were loading 4 years of tick history for all symbols to the server, and that caused a problem. Now the datafeed is running uninterrupted and will work stable in the future.

Even if I have uncheck the "update on every tick" option for an indicator, still, sometimes it updades and the candle is not closed.

MCFX has a single data source so far, may be we'll add others in the future. MultiCharts allows you to use almost any data provider.

If you take a look on the 5 minutes chart for that moment you will see 2 big up candles, the 8:30 candle and 8:35 candle. After that it was quite.

So if you combine the 8:30, 8:35 and 8:40 candle from 5 minutes chart you should get one big up candle on the 15 minutes chart.
