This has nothing to do with resolution. If you have problems with the chart, e.g. gaps, first try simply reloading the chart. So far, no strategies or backtesting are available in the public release. We are currently working on those most important features.in my trial version there is not the possibility of import and chart any Signal or Strategy .els , why ?

To enable a different dataserver mode for an already opened chart, it must be reloaded (Ctrl+R). Charts opened or created anew after the mode change are by default in the new mode.

If plotting a chart in On-demand mode and reloading it does not fix the bad data point, then that data value is bad on the IB servers. It's reloaded every time as is.
What you need to do is open the symbol in QuoteManager, right-click and select Edit Data to find and manually fix the bad data point.

Scott, IB is IB. Downloading data from IB is not a question of MultiCharts performance. It can happen that it doesn't send data to IB's own client just as well (or as bad). This happens - use eSignal if you want a reliable commercial service. Will work on reproducing the issue reported by swisstrader.

A new version (1.90.442.1230) is now available, the problem with studies not compiling has been addressed in it.

A new version of tsIBDataFeed.dll has been developed, fixing the IB datasource issue reported by numerous users.
Please save the file attached to this message and put it in:
\Program files\Common Files\TS Support\TSServer\Datafeeds
overwriting the existing one.
