Error - Floating point stack check.

Postby tozwp » 27 Jun 2012

Upgraded to version 8, 32 bit and am getting this error for an indicator that I was using in 7.4 that worked fine. Unfortunately, the indicator is locked and I can't see or edit the code. What is this error? If I want to keep using this indicator do I have to revert back to 7.4?

Please send this study to my email support@multicharts.com for analysis

That is the only solution before we analyze the study.

Thanks Henry - sent you an email with the indicator attached.

How do I go back to version 7.4? I only see a download link to the newest version?

I had not the time to update my site and the SEF files for MC 8.0.
I have recompiled Jurik Average Filter for you!
Do you need another one ?

Thank you very much Laurent!

I don't need any of the others yet as I've just started using this one. I do want to check out more of them in the future though.

Hello tozwp,

I have done an update on my site to be compatible with MC 8.0.
You can download the archives here: http://www.lecoindutrader.com/mes-indicateurs

Note: Now it is possible to import SEF files from MultiCharts 7.4 into MultiCharts 8.0 32 bit Release.
Though that is not possible with the studies using Currentbar and MaxbarsBack. If the code contains one of these words-the study should be recompiled using MC 8.0 by the developer.
