1- If indicators are unlocked, does this mean that if I purchase these indicators, I will have access to the entire script of those particular indicators?

2- Will I have access to all the Jurik proprietary functions on which I can build my own custom strategies for buy/ sell etc?

As stated on Jurik web site, you will be able to modify the indicators and use Jurik functions in your custom studies:

Jurik's tools for Multicharts include indicators and functions. Functions may be applied inside user defined custom indicators, functions and strategies. User can apply Power Language Editor to edit Jurik indicators, but not our proprietary functions.
