Charting Delays

TS is it normal to wait so long for data from a) Interactive Brokers and b) TS Network, I have 'Establishing Connection' on every chart downloading data and a wait for upto an hour?

Also reloading MC after having to reboot is it normal that graphs just disappear into the ether when they are clicked? Perhaps there is a stash of non visible open charts slowing the platform down? Is this a bug or can these charts be recovered?
