Surely you can. Just select both "UpVol" and "DnVol" columns when exporting.
Limitations:
1. "UpVol" and "DnVol" will not be able in case the datafeed doesn't provide volume data.
2. In case the datafeed doesn't split volume data for history data for Up/Down volume then all the volume data will be considered as "UpVol" by MultiCharts.
