How can you get more back data with DTN?

According to my DTN rep, I should have back data going to at least May 05. When I change the data range, the most MC will go back is to 3/28/07. For some reason, I am getting capped out at 3/28/07 no matter how many different data ranges I try. DTN is telling me that this is a MC issue. This is on a 3 minute ES chart by the way.

Any ideas why this would be happening and how to correct it?

I believe you are using MultiCharts 2.0.777.777.
This limitation has been removed in 928.1050 beta.
