Today I received this message never seen before... meaning?

It's not the NSA, so no worries .... They are just checking you have a valid license or not and this connection was not established for a certain amount of time. So you will be able to work without real-time data only.

Later on the connection was established and you are online again.

Hope you got no heart attack :) or :(
