conversion utility to convert regular EL to .net

I am curious, I doubt I would ever have time or strong need to reprogram my EL code system in the new .net language. So considering this may apply to a lot of users has there been any consideration of developing a converter to convert regular EL studies to .net studies so they basically can run immediately.
