'Save all workspaces' and 'Save All desktops' Feature

Postby TCO » 02 Oct 2013

Hello Multicharts people,

It would be very handy if you could implement a 'Save all workspaces' and 'Save All desktops' feature. Such a pain saving each workspace when shutting down three screens.

Many thanks

File > Preferences > Workspaces

check the box for "Do not show "Save Workspaces" Dialog on Exit".
check the button on "Save workspaces".

There have been times that my computer crashes with the blue screen of death. Unfortunately when this happens the workspaces do not get saved like they would be by MC on a manual shutdown. It would still be very helpful if there was a way to press a button or have a keyboard command that could save all workspaces simultaneously without having to go through all of them individually.

amen it's not like TS hasn't shown them the way already. but when you don't use your own software for it's intended purpose this is what you get.

btw no it's not solved at all.
