Global REload Not Working?  [SOLVED]

I've got a Workspace with multiple charts and different stocks.

Sometime my vendor has missing data which I would like to reload. I'd like to reload every chart simultaneously and tried:

1) using ".rld glob" in the command line

and

2) View/Reload/Reload All Data (from the menu)

Trying either approach only updates the active chart window.

What am I missing or doing wrong?

What exact version and build number of MultiCharts are you running? (in MultiCharts go to Help tab-> About)

I'm using:

MultiCharts64 Version 8.7 Release (Build 7634)

".rld glob" in the command line works ok in MultiCharts64 Version 8.7 Release (Build 7634) on our end. Please make sure that the charts are not backfilling or reloading when you try to reload them.
If you are still unable to reload all charts with the command line - please come to our live chat Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 4 pm EST to demonstrate this behavior.

Thanks for your suggestion, but what exactly do you mean when you said:

I don't understand, please explain further.

Please go to Format->Window->Status line-> make sure "Status line" is enabled and "Backfilling", "Reloading" items are checked.

Just to follow up, I updated to MultiCharts 8.8 and the global reload ".rld glob" works now.
