problem disconnection from InteractiveBrokers TWS

Hi ,I experience some problems when there is a disconnection from InteractiveBrokers TWS. Once connection is on again it happens that some underlayings, even though shown as "ON", don't recevice data.
Please see attached gif where the symbol is "ON" but not receving data.
You can see it also from ESMini quotation on different charts.
Here is a screenshot of the log file were the disconnection is reported.
The only solution I found to get back to normality is to shut down Multicharts and then the quotemanager and restart everything as new, attached gif shows how I got back to normal functionality.
Please let me have your thoughts about this issue.

  1. Please make sure you have latest MC version.
  2. Please send MC logs to us next time the issue takes place.

Hi, I have the same problem since I updated to Version 8.8 (Build 8592).
I am preparing myself to reinstall Version 8.7.
This behavior of the QuoteManager is unacceptable .

Hi,
as soon as it happens again I will prepare requested files and send accordingly, yet I have an idea about what happens that is:
Once IB connection is up again I see that quotemanager requests IB data and this might block the data feed leaving symbol as "ON" but with no receipt. Maybe on connection establishment a symbols refresh switching OFF and then again ON might be a solution (like when restarting quotemanager).

Also mc 8.7 is affected
If the data feed is available for 3rd party applications like MultiCharts and connection is established (status is set to ON), the ticks should be collecting (status ON changes to # of quotes collected). If this doesn't happen, please follow the instruction and provide us with a step-by-step description of the case + requested information.
