How do I set default desktop that will open next start I MC?

You can make your setup in menu : Files / Preferences. Workspaces folder.

you can also use templates for default signals/indicators...

Please follow these instructions to specify the path to the desktop you need to have opened by default:AutoLoad Workspaces/Desktops based on Command Line Parameters
