Rithmic Connecting...  [SOLVED]

Hello,
Having trouble setting up my Rithmic data connection. The radio dial at the top of the interface is green. The broker profile says I am connected but when I load a chart I get no bars. I am using symbol ESM4 and have included screen shots of my setup. Any pointers would be appreciated.

I did notice under the Quote manager it says PnL Connection failed

Make sure you have the proper broker profile selected under Format - Signal - Properties - Auto-Trading.

I hit submit too fast. You are showing us that your broker profile is connected, but not that your data in is connected. Run the wizard under file to confirm you have set up data in properly. My note above was for the broker profile, which is different from your data provider (even if you use the same broker for data and execution).

Hi Tony, thanks for the ideas. When you say run the wizard on the file menu are you talking about
File> Broker Profiles > Manage Broker Profiles?

Hello Westsider,

• In MultiCharts: File -> Broker Profiles -> Manage Broker Profiles... -> Select "Rithmic 01" -> Edit... -> Make a screenshot of this window.
• In QuoteManager: Tools -> Data Sources -> Rithmic 01 -> Settings -> Make sure it is configured absolutely the same way as on the screenshot you made -> re-enter the login and password -> Ok.
• Close MC, QM and all other parts of the software. Make sure all MC processes are ended in Windows Task Manager. Here you can find the list of all MC processes: https://www.multicharts.com/trading-sof ... _Processes
• Restart MC and try to plot a chart using Rithmic feed.
