Hello,
I am currently using MultiCharts64 Version 8.8 Release (Build 8593).
Several stop orders lately have gone into 'PreCancelled' status when I attempt
to cxl them via the DOM. I quickly check my clearing platform and find the stop still working.
Why does this happen and how long does Multicharts wait for a confirmation the order is cancelled at
the broker?

Reasons of order rejection and order statuses.Why does this happen?
According to that wiki page, a precancelled order is not caused by a broker connection time-out.How long does Multicharts wait for a confirmation the order is cancelled at the broker?
What does the Logs tab of the OPT say?

Please follow the next steps:
- Close MultiCharts and all its parts
- Make sure all MC processes are ended in Windows Task Manager. Here you can find the list of all MC processes: https://www.multicharts.com/trading-sof ... _Processes
- Upgrade MC to the latest version: 32 bit or 64 bit
