I can not see Chart price line

Hi there,
I can use Multicharts with IB in Taiwan. While traveling to Macau, I can use IB, however, I can not see Multicharts Charts. I see "marketdata farm connection is broken" on Quote Manager(Please refer attached file.) May I know is there any solution for this? Thanks.

Hi there,
Thanks for your reply. I can not see Multicharts chart via Hotel room's internet.
However, I can see Multicharts chart via my mobile phone 3G roaming.
I don't know whether it is something related to port block or other setup.
I have left the hotel so I can not invite you to connect to my NB to check.
Just provide these information for your reference. Hope this would help.
