LMAX data : timestamp differences between Ask and Bid

Postby StratMan » 29 May 2014

Hello,

Using QuoteManager / Edit data, I see that there is a significant delay between the time stamp displayed in the result window after loading and computer time. (Problem checked live chat / remote control by MC team).
Moreover, this gap is quite different between the bid and ask data, and these delays change over time.

Question : Could this dysfunction be attributable to MultiCharts?

StratMan, Edit Data window does not show realtime data at once.
First the data is loaded into the cache, then plotted on the chart, then after some time depending on the settings, data provider and selected resolution, data from the cache is saved to the database, and you can see it in the Edit Data window.
