DAX future symbol from IQFeed is XG

XG# for continuous
XGU14 XGZ14 ..... for others

Exchange Listed is EUREX

Hello shivax,

Please follow the next instruction:
  1. Go to Windows Start menu
  2. All programs
  3. IQFeed X.X.X.X (folder)
  4. Diagnostics
  5. In the Test Equity field, please enter XG#
  6. Click Test
  7. Open Streaming Quote tab
  8. Is it updating?

Shivax,

If you cannot receive it in Diagnostics tool, it means the login and password in the IQFeed client is not correct, or there is another unknown issue with it that not related to MC software. Please contact IQFeed customer support.

The problem is 2 flag 2 boxes checked...
if unchecked multichaart run ok...

The support said me to uncheched box....and said me that I can use the same data to the tick with box unselected...

Why?

shivax,

The boxes in MultiCharts does not impact if MC connects successfully to IQFeed or not. Most likely IQFeed support changed something on their end or configured IQFeed client to work.
