CQG Connection?
CQG Connection?
I am running Multicharts 9.0 Beta 2. Can you run multiple CQG connections now that the API is integrated into the platform or are we still limited to one connection? Was wondering if it was possible to run a live account and a demo account to test strategies.

You have one data connection which is setup in the Quote Manager. I suggest signing in here with your live account login.
In MC, you can go to Broker Profiles and setup multiple broker accounts to trade.

Hello kinkeadfx,
Since MultiCharts 9.0 beta 1 this limitation is no longer applied. It is possible to use different accounts for getting data and trading. You can have multiple CQG accounts (multiple broker profiles) for trading in MultiCharts.
