Long time TS user try to "cross over" to MultiCharts. Pun intended.....
Thanks in advance for any help.
I am looking to run an optimization where the data series is one of the optimizable variables.
As an example say Data1 is 30 minutes and I have data2 as 60 min. and data3 as 90min. For a simple example say I am looking at a moving average cross over. Something like the below where the data series can be Data2, or Data3.
if Average(close data2,9) crosses over average(close data2)then flag=1;
In pseudo code. I am looking for something like:
for X=2-3...
if Average(close dataX,9) crosses over average(close dataX)then flag=1;
end;
Thanks again.

The data in MultiCharts works the same as data in TS.
e.g.
DATA(3) is the same as DATA3
