Data Gaps

I am using MC V2.1 with OpenTick. So far, I am not able to resolve a data gap problem with ESH8 tick data. Normally I would start up my PC two hours before the market open to download missing data on ESH8. For reasons which I do not know of, there is a gap in the data I collect.
In the data server mode, I have set the pc to online to get data from local database and connected to real-time data and download missing data flagged. I have tried to remove the gap through editing the data, removing cache, and also done a reload (CTRL R) to no avail.
However, on weekends, I am able to download and backfill with no issues.
Have consulted HelpDesk and loaded the latest OT dll.
Data gap is usually between 30 to 60 minutes. Attachment shows the gap form today's download.
