Hello
I can't load MS Excel Office 32 after modifying my MC database location. Excel is trying to load the 64 version.
If I recall, when we do an update on MC version, it is asked to kill any open Excel file. Is doing the modification on the database could also have an impact on Excel?
I have no direct link between MC and Excel. The link is done manually using a Text file. All was working fine before the database modification.

Hello Martin,
These two things should not be related. Please try repairing the MS Office installation.

OKHello Martin,

But why do MC ask to remove any Excel application while installing a version. Is there a link between them?
I'm still not sure what exactly is the problem. Only thing done over the weekend was the moving database procedure that imply playing in the Windows registry.
MC, Please provide a tool for the database new location... May it have prevented the problem... Can't say
Will try to find the Office repair tool.
