This has nothing to do with MC but since we are all traders a lot have an account with IB and face the same changes. So I hope someone already knows the answers.
IB changes the data subscription.
Instead of having US Securities which is free when you have at lease 30,- on commission I now have to pay 4,50 for all 3 stock market places (AMEX, NYSE, NASDAQ).
1. Do I need BATS Exchange in order to get the best price? Shouldn’t the data subscription be irrelevant when you put in limit orders via smart?
2. What happens with the 100 ticker limits? Do I have 100 per market so 300 or still 100 in total? Shouldn’t this limit be eliminated with this changes?
