Unprocessed Quotes

Postby tony » 18 Nov 2014

Can anyone elaborate on what "unprocessed quotes" are which you can view by hovering your mouse over the gray shaded box just to the left of the time, which is to the left of the authorization icon in your MC workspace. Thank You -

Hello tony,

This is the amount of data to process that is in queue. It depends on how fast your hard drive is and how much data you request.

This can also be a result of another program consuming a lot of the hard drive resources. For example, I noticed that whenever Windows Antimalware scan runs (windows 10) I have a lot of unprocessed quotes.

Good point.

But why would you do a virus scan during market hours?

You should schedule the scan when you are not trading.
