MC's placing order behavior

Hello,
I want to confirm the MC's placing order behavior.
Which way is correct?
In Default mode (Intra-Bar Order Generation (IOG) disabled),

1.MC received the last tick (close)---->signal calculate----->plot bar/arrow appears----->placing order

or

2.MC received the last tick (close)---->signal calculate and plot bar(simultaneously)/arrow appears----->placing order


The difference between 2 way is the behavior of signal calculating and plotting bar are at the same time or in sequence?
