I have a Patsystem broker profile set up with RJO London. Twice (or more) at year, the password expires and the Broker profile has to be updated with the new password. Problem is that every new pass I am provided to reset the broker profile, an invalid login error appears, and I have trouble to reestablish connection. We have tryied different combination: before/after restarting MCs or the PC, deleting the broker profile and setting up a new one, nothing is working so far.
Can anyone tell me the exact procedure to go throug this without trouble?
