Filling a data hole

Postby tortoise » 10 Aug 2015

For some reason, my charts display no data from this past Friday. Instead, they jump from Thursday to today. I have tried closing all workspaces, then choosing "clear cache" in quote manager, but to no avail.

I would really hate to have to delete all my data and start over. Is there a solution short of such a drastic step? Thanks...

1. What is the instrument?

2. what chart resolution has this problem? tick? minute? or day chart?

3. is this a new chart? do you have data in previous fridays?

4. who is your dataprovider?

5. have you double checked your data server mode?

6. have you checked the QuoteManager to see if there is any data there.
at the QuoteManager, highlight a symbol, right click, select Edit Data.

I'm sorry. I am a complete moron. Friday was the 7th. Everything is there.

That said, thank you for the checklist, which I shall save for future reference.

Again, thanks.
