Problems with IwBank and Webank brokers

Hi,
I installed multicharts 9 and I connected with both webank and iwbank, I have green lite on both brokers but when i search symbols nothing happens.. no data gets downloaded..
I'm running multicharts 9 64bits on a windows server 2008 r2.
I followed all the instructions for IWBank troubleshooting but still not working...
I try with the online help of multicharts but they told me to ask my broker... The brokers tell me to speak with multicharts.. and I'm stuck!!!!

Can you give me any help?

Hi Diego,
I use Webank as broker and it seems ok.
With QuoteManager I edited a MILANO customized exchange (abbr: MI) with the right open and close times and then I added my symbols with
INSTRUMENT
ADD SYMBOL
FROM DATA SOURCE
WEBANK
PATTERN (ftse to search ftse mib future)
Chose FIB5L for future ftse mib index 18.12.2015
Actually Webank gives you only last day of data for Tick, Second and Minute data, so every day you have to collect your data.

How did you search? Have you added the symbols in QM?

I actually searched the symbols in the quote manager

I fixed the problem with WeBank, I just installed the 32 bit version instead of the 64 bits, still have the problem with IwBank..
