Oanda - historical backfill

I test Oanda historical market data backfill and by my opinion, backfill is limited to 10 years.
This limit is on the Oanda broker side or on the Multicharts side?

According to my, older data there are available and it is a pity, that I cannot load older data than 10 years to Multicharts...
