I contact with esignal that there is a continuous contract HSI 1!-HKF for the captioned future. But I could not find it via quote manager.

How could I make a continuous contract for the captioned future?

You have to add the symbol to your Symbol Dictionary.

Go to your QuoteManager

Look under Tools > Symbol Dictionary
Select Data Source
Click on Add...

if you need more help,
go to Wiki,
then do a search using the words "symbol dictionary".

Hello dingmanhoe123,

Most likely this is a synthetic symbol that is created in eSignal application and that is not provided to third party apps via API.
MultiCharts gets eSignal symbol list using the http request to the following page: http://ss.esignal.com/index.jsp
If you can find the symbol you need using this search - you will be able to add it in MultiCharts.
If the symbol is not present at http://ss.esignal.com/index.jsp then most likely the data will not be provided.

As for building the Custom futures in MultiCharts: if the required symbol root is not present in the symbol dictionary for eSignal - you need to add it manually or copy it from the other vendor's kist :
