ICE Dollar Index Symbol  [SOLVED]

Hello,
I just began running the most current version of MC64 however I am unable to load CQG data for the ICE Dollar index DXEH16, all other CQG symbols are OK. I did not have this problem in the older version. Is there any additional setup for this symbol or is this a known issue?

If you can load other symbols, then the fault is most likely not in MultiCharts.

Are you subscribed to the symbol?

How did you add the symbol? Did you add it through data source?

Did you modify the symbol's description?

What do you see in QuoteManager's Event Log window?

Thank You, issue now resolved and can be closed.

I was loading several workspaces at the same time and building in a large amount of historical data on the new MC64 system and that may have been the issue.

Once completed I attempted to load the DX data again, and it loaded without issue.
