Not showing Oil-charts when loading >15 days of tick data  [SOLVED]

Hi,

I just wanted to plot in one chart-window the normal tick chart for CL April in subchart 1 and cumulative delta chart in subchart 2.

This works only as long as the tick chart is 15 day back and the cum delta chart is 14 days back.

For setting bigger than that the chart is not plotting.

My RAM is 16GB that should not be the problem.

Maxbarcount in registry is set to 100.000.000.

Anybody any idea why Multicharts is not plotting the charts?

What is the tick chart resolution?

Do you have the data in your computer?

The limitation might be in your datafeed.

I get CQG through AMP.
At least I had some data saved on my pc already.

Just tried again and tataaaaaaaa .... no problem. It´s plotting the charts - back to 01.12.2015.

Yesterday the screen was simply black for the whole period if applying the settings as mentioned.
So it did not even plot the data which it showed before when I had one day less included.

Strange behaviour.

Notice that weekends are used for server maintenance, so data might become unavailable for a couple of hours.
