Re: Cannot access currency conversion server - error
Hello No Erocla,
We are not aware of any limitations in accessing the currency conversion data server today. Please go to Format->Signal->switch your signals back on. If you still have the issue then most likely it is related to slow Internet connection. You need to make sure you are running the latest build of MultiCharts 9.1 Release 4 (12586/12587) as it has increased currency conversion data waiting timeout.

Re: Cannot access currency conversion server - error
Hi Henry and thank you for answer,
i've just made a simple signal: print(ticksize);
and i'm already using it with a lot of intruments to test it.
I did same with bigpointvalue and others.....
i've the latest version: MultiCharts64 Version 9.1 Release (Build 12587)
i'm sure that i don t have any internet problems.
I've seen in a thread that this problem can occurs during server maintenance.
I think that is better to don't use at all this functions for autotrading.

Re: Cannot access currency conversion server - error
Please send us the logs for analysis (MultiCharts->Help->Support->LogsCollector). In the description specify the time of the error.
If you do not want to use the currency conversion feature then you need to set the Base Currency to None in Format->Strategy Properties->Properties.
