MultiCharts version: 9.1 Build 12411
Data provider: Webank,
Instrument: FIB
chart resolution: tick charts
yesterday I had two bad ticks so I tried to delete them in QM
but it seems my deletion is not kept
I press "delete" and I get the confirmation msgbox, then I try to load again that timewindow and the bad ticks are still there!
I also tried to clean the cache, exit and reopen QM but I get the same behaviour...
What is the right procedure?
I can't delete a bad tick [SOLVED]

Hello toch2,
You need to close MultiCharts and all of its processes. Make sure that no processes with MultiCharts in Description remain in Task Manager -> Processes (Win7) or Details (Win8) tab:
https://www.multicharts.com/trading-sof ... _Processes
Then start the Quote Manager only.
Clear cache for the symbol with the bad value.
Go to edit data. Change the erroneous line to the approximately correct value (in this case the bar won't be downloaded from datafeed and won't be replaced if it is still incorrect).
Close the Quote Manager and make sure that all processes are closed in Task manager.
Run Multicharts and build the chart with the desired symbol.
Now the incorrect value should be gone.
