"No data" message from TS data only after certain date  [SOLVED]

"No data" message from TS data only after certain date

Hello.

I have multicharts connected with TS (also with IB, but the problem is with TS).

Connection is OK and I receive data in real time perfectly (see attached screenshorts).

I´m loading the continuous future contract @ES, with historical in TS from 01/01/2000 until today 16/06/2016. I have TS opened in other screen and I have the historical charged (see also screenshot).

The problem is that, when I´m charging data, for example between 01/01/2016 to 16/06/2016, it stops in 03/06/2016, and only charges from 03/06/2016 to today 16/06/2016. I can select any other time window, but doesn´t charge data before 03/06/2016.

If, for example, I choose 01/01/2016 - 01/04/2016, the message "no data" appears.

I don´t understand why charges data but only until determinate date. At the begin when I scheduled multicharts to work with TS, I could charge data since 01/01/2000 without any problem.

What could be happening? Could anybody help me?

Hello Andrés,

Please reload the problem data range on a chart for the same instrument in TS (Ctrl+R).
Then reload the chart with desired data range in MultiCharts (Ctrl+R).
If the charts are backfilling slow then check that TS download scheduler (TS->View tab->Launch Download Scheduler) has not queued up MC data requests.
If it has then make a right click on the request->Schedule ASAP.

I checked it from 01/01/2016 to today and worked well.
