Documentation for Portfolio Money Management?

Hi,

I'm trying to get my head around the Portfolio Money Management features in the Portfolio Trader. Are there any detailed writeups about how these features work?

I found the two articles below on the wiki, but they seem rather cryptic. I'd prefer an introductory tutorial on these features, if one exists.

Thanks TJ. Unfortunately, the FAQ points to the same wiki pages that I found already (plus some other materials like discussion posts).

For someone from MultiCharts, is there any chance that you could update/expand on the documentation for the portfolio money management features? These seem like powerful features, but they're rather difficult to grok.

I'll second that. I'm not bad at coding and I can't get the signals in the portfolio to work with the money management to control lot size or any other of the key features. Dummies guide would be great

Yep, I'll third that.

How about a fourth example that is as basic as possible and gets to the barest of necessities to make the portfolio work that would include three futures symbols (NQ, YM, CL) and a simple moving average crossover strategy that has an account of $25,000.00 and risking 5% of account equity with a $120.00 stop loss. A starting point for those still having a problem grasping the concepts with the three strategies examples already provided.

Same here, experienced programmer trying to understand how money management signals work with the Portfolio Trader. The 3 examples provided help but nowhere near enough. Please provide more exhaustive documentation please.
