What TWS version to install for using 64-bit version Multich

My computer is Windows 10, 64 bit version.
Kindly advise what version of TWS and Java that I should install so that it could work on 64-bit version Multichart (Ver 9.1).

Understand that API only works with 32 bit TWS. Do I need to install both 32 and 64 bits TWS & also both 32 and 64 bits Java?

You should only need the x64 version of TWS of which there are two versions. One which updates automatically and one (stand alone) that has to be updated manually.

Yes, everything can be 64bit. Download the installer from the link I posted and follow the instructions. Also download the full TWS desktop x64. Newer TWS are self contained. You might not need to download java at all. Start with the latest full desktop so that you can see how to setup the ports and do some testing.

Then move to the lighter IB gateway if that is what you want. Many people hate the full Traders workstation. I actually use it and like it.
